Things you need to know about our Tours

Our Jet Ski tours operate exclusively between November and April each year. (Operating Season)

The time and distance of our tours may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, water conditions, rider ability, and traffic conditions.
Depending on the weather (peak or off-peak) and tidal movements, the routes of our tours may change.

Participants are strictly prohibited from being under the influence of ALCOHOL OR DRUGS at any time during our Jet Ski tours.

Our Jet Ski Tours operate daily in most weather conditions, unless deemed unsafe.
A reasonable level of fitness is required, as some conditions can be physically demanding.

Pregnant individuals, unfortunately, cannot participate in our Jet Ski tours.
Weight restrictions apply, with a maximum of 2 people per Jet Ski or 205kg per Jet Ski.
Minimum driver age – 16 years.
Minimum passenger age – 12 years.
If under 18 years of age, an indemnity form must be signed by parent or guardian prior to tour.
Guests must be able to understand English.
Guests must be able to swim wearing a life jacket.
Thorough safety briefing and demonstrations provided by qualified tour guides.
Fully supervised at all times by one or two guides, depending on numbers.
Tour Guides/ Management reserve the right to change itinerary or times.

Clients should acknowledge that Jet Ski tours involve inherent risks.
While we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to client actions beyond our control.
A signed release will be required from all participants before departure.
We recommend taking out travel insurance and assessing your suitability for this activity before commencement.

If your session is canceled by us due to weather, your booking will go on hold, and you can reschedule for the current season.
We operate in most weather conditions unless it's unsafe. If you believe the forecast is unsuitable, you can change your booking up until 6 pm the night prior to your session. Changes after this time are at the tour guide's discretion.

Refunds are only available for bookings made within the current operating season, and such requests are subject to management approval. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the management team.
We are unable to provide a refund for change of mind or Covid-19 related cancellations.
If you are unable to make your session and provide more than 72 hours' notice, we can place your booking on hold for rescheduling within the current season.
Changes after this time are at our discretion.
If your session is canceled by us due to weather, your booking will go on hold for rescheduling.
If a refund is offered, it will not include booking and card processing fees, as these are strictly non-refundable.

All bookings that are on hold are available for rebooking within the current operating season. If a rebooking is not feasible within the current season, your booking will be transferred to a credit equal to the value of your original payment. (excluding any discounts, promotional offers, coupons and third-party agenecy payments)

If your booking is transferred to the next season, the following conditions apply:

The booking will be converted into a credit equal to the value of the original payment. (excluding any discounts, promotional offers, coupons and third-party agenecy payments)
If the tour price has increased in the next season, the difference in tour prices will be payable at the time of rebooking.

Participants are required to comply with all safety instructions provided by our guides. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the tour without a refund.

Guest can Reschedule their session via the Manage My Booking Link up until 6pm the night prior to there current booking.
Cancellations made by guests after 6pm the night before the session or ‘no show’ may incur a 100% charge.
