Things you need to know about our Tours

Liability

Clients should note that jetski tours involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients – we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of the clients which are beyond our control. A signed release will be required from all participants on departure. We recommend you take out travel insurance and assess your suitability to this activity prior to commencement.

Jetski Tours cancellation policy

If your session is canceled by us due to weather. Your booking will go on hold where you can reschedule your booking to a later date.

We operate our tours in most weather conditions unless if it’s unsafe to do so. If you think the forecast weather is not suitable we suggest you to change your tour session as we may still consider the weather suitable. You can change your booking up until 6pm the night prior to your session start time. Changes after this time is at the tour guides discretion.

Refund Policy

We are unable to provide a refund for change of mind or Covid-19 related cancellations. If you are unable to make your session and more than 72 hours notice is given we can place your booking on hold where you can reschedule to a later date. Changes after this time is at our discretion.

If your session is canceled by us due to weather. Your booking will go on hold where you can reschedule your booking to a later date. In some situations a refund may be offered.

If a refund is offered it will not include the booking and card processing fees as those are strictly non refundable.
